Black Tea

Flavoured Teas

Flavoured teas are produced by blending processed black tea with fragrant blossoms, petals, fruit and spices or essential oils. Fruit flavoured teas are generally made by blending the fruits with essential oils with the processed tea.

Green Tea

Green teas, are lighter and subtle in flavour. Green tea is produced by thinly spreading the fresh leaves to dry on bamboo trays. Small amounts are then dried, in hot, round roasting pans, to stop fermentation and then dried.

We have a large range of green teas from Japan and China.

White Tea

White tea is among the world's rarest teas. Traditionally, white tea is picked only in the first weeks of spring and before dawn, when the tender new buds have yet to open. Only particular strains of the China bush is used, and even only certain bushes and parts of a tea garden might be picked.

White tea under goes almost no transformation once harvested, it is merely withered and dried.

Herbal & Fruit Infusions

Two of the most common tisanes are Rooibos and Yerba Mate. Both have health benefits, are caffeine free, and are quite distinct. Tisanes are not teas because they do not come from the Camelia Sinesis plant.Our range includes Berries of the Forest, Hisbiscus, Peppermint and many more.
